About FABXPWORLD

FABXPWORLD Travels ("we", "us", "our") is a privately held travel company founded in 2021 in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. We operate as a bespoke travel design company — our purpose is to share personal travel experiences, not to sell regular packaged holidays.

By booking any service with us, enquiring through our website, or engaging with us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, you ("the traveller", "client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We are not a mass-market tour operator. Every itinerary we design is based on our own travel experience. We work with a limited number of clients at any time to ensure personal attention.

Booking Process

Our booking process works in the following steps:

  1. Initial enquiry — You contact us via the website form, WhatsApp, or email. This creates no obligation on either side.
  2. Consultation — We discuss your requirements, travel dates, group size, budget, and preferences in a call or via message.
  3. Proposal — We send a custom itinerary proposal with a detailed cost breakdown. The proposal is valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
  4. Confirmation — Your booking is confirmed when you accept the proposal in writing and pay the required deposit (see Section 3).
  5. Travel documents — Final documents (hotels, transfers, itinerary booklet) are shared 7–14 days before departure.

No booking is confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us and your deposit has been received. Verbal agreements do not constitute a confirmed booking.

Payment Terms

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total trip cost is required to confirm your booking. This secures your dates, accommodation, and arrangements.

Balance payment

The remaining 70% is due 45 days before departure for international trips, and 21 days before departure for domestic India trips.

Accepted payment methods

  • Bank transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
  • UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm)
  • International wire transfer (additional banking charges apply)
  • Credit / debit card via payment gateway (2.5% processing fee applies)

All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified. International currency quotes are indicative and subject to exchange rate fluctuations at time of payment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while reflecting the real costs we incur when holding bookings.

Cancellations by FABXPWORLD

In the rare event that we must cancel a trip due to circumstances within our control, we will offer a full refund or an alternative trip of equal value. If cancellation is due to force majeure (natural disasters, government travel bans, pandemics), we will work with you to reschedule without penalty.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation costs. We can recommend insurance providers on request.

Changes & Amendments

Changes by you

Minor changes to your itinerary (dates, accommodation upgrades, adding activities) can be made up to 30 days before departure and are subject to availability and any price difference. A change fee of ₹1,500 per change applies after booking confirmation. Major changes (destination, group size reduction of 30%+) will be treated as a partial cancellation.

Changes by FABXPWORLD

We reserve the right to make minor changes to your itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control (accommodation unavailability, flight changes, local conditions). We will notify you promptly and offer comparable alternatives at no extra cost.

Liability

FABXPWORLD acts as your travel arranger and agent. We carefully select all suppliers (hotels, transportation, local guides) but are not liable for:

  • Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, activity operators)
  • Force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or pandemics
  • Personal injury, illness, accident, or property loss during the trip
  • Losses arising from failure to obtain required visas or travel documents
  • Delays or changes caused by airline or transport providers

Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid to us for the trip in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

Travel Documents & Visa

You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents for your destination:

  • Passport — Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date for international travel
  • Visas — Obtaining the correct visa is your responsibility. We can advise and assist with the process but cannot guarantee visa approval
  • Entry requirements — Vaccination certificates, travel insurance, and other entry conditions vary by destination and change frequently — verify with the respective embassy before travel

We accept no liability for denied boarding, entry refusal, or costs incurred due to inadequate or incorrect travel documents.

Health & Safety

Your health and safety are our priority. Please inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, mobility limitations, or special needs before finalising your itinerary so we can plan accordingly.

  • We recommend consulting your doctor before travel, particularly for high-altitude destinations or regions requiring vaccinations
  • Adventure activities (trekking, water sports, safaris) carry inherent risks — full briefings will be provided by certified local operators
  • Travel insurance covering medical emergency and evacuation is strongly recommended and may be mandatory for certain itineraries

Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously. When you enquire or book with us, we collect the following data:

  • Contact details (name, email, phone number)
  • Travel preferences and trip requirements
  • Passport and visa information (for bookings only)
  • Payment details (processed securely — we do not store card information)

How we use your data

  • To design and deliver your travel experience
  • To communicate trip updates, documents, and support
  • To send travel inspiration (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We retain booking records as required by Indian financial regulations.

Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from bookings with FABXPWORLD shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.

If you have a complaint during your trip, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone so we can resolve it in real time. Complaints raised after return may be more difficult to address.
